BECOME A MEMBER

The first thing for a prospective applicant is purchase a share of the company Campogolf S.A. from the Club or from a Member wishing to sell. Procedure is in place so that Members wishing to sell have already granted Powers to the Club so we are able to provide applicants with all required help and information to effectively acquire shares in a Public Notary. The Club´s Administration office will provide you therefore with a share (*) and the Club will ensure a smooth transaction.

In addition to the purchase of a share, the applicant will have to grant a Power in favour of RCG Las Brisas adequate enough to allow the latter to transfer or cede the share owned by the member to the RCG Las Brisas itself, as payment in kind in the event of a failure by the member to pay one year annual subscription. The Club´s Administration Office will provide you a draft text, to be signed before a Public Notary.

Together with the share certificate issued by the Notary and the abovementioned Power, the applicant will hand over a Membership Application Form, duly fulfilled and bearing the supporting signatures of two active Members of the Club. Additionally, a handicap certificate from the applicant’s home club, a photocopy of the passport or identity card and 2 passport photographs will be required. The completed application form is then posted for a period of not less than 15 days on the Club ́s notice board. If there is no substantiated objection to the applicant, the Board of Directors will then make the final decision to approve the application.

Once approved, the entry fee, which is currently 35.000€ is payable in full. However, for a person who is a former Member of Las Brisas or is directly related (first degree family) to a Member of the Club, it is possible to pay the entrance fee (35.000€) in two instalments: 17.500€ in the year of joining the Club and a second payment of 17.500€ in the following year, together with the respective annual fees in both years. In addition, for those Applicants who are under the age of 50, the Club will grant the possibility of paying their entrance fee in 3 years (Entry year: 15.000€; Year 2: 10.000€ & Year 3: 10.000€). When adhering to one of the previously mentioned payment plans, a 5% financial surcharge will be added the 1st year .

Any Candidate to become Member, whose Campogolf SA share has been transferred or inherited to him/her from a parent or grandparent, will benefit of a 50% reduction on the entrance fee.

The appropriate entry fee must be settled together with the annual membership fee for 2025 of 3.000€, together with any outstanding debts- if any- on the share

Handicap requirements are a maximum of 24 for men and 32 for ladies.

All those “Junior Members” who want to become “Full Members” will have a 50% reduction in all their fees (Entrance fee, Annual fee, etc) up until they are 30 years at the beginning of the calendar year.

(*) The Price of the share will be consistent with the available shares on offer.
