1. When will the Ladies European Tour take place at Real Club de Golf Las Brisas?

- Mon 20th Nov. Pro-Am (teams of 1 Pro + 3 RCGLB members*) Tee times from tee 1 and 10, 8:30 to 10:20h.
- Members can inscribe for this proam at the proshop
- Tue 21st Nov. Pro-Am (teams of 1 Pro + 3 amateurs) Tee times from tee 1 and 10, 8:30 to 10:20h.
- Wed 22nd Nov. Pro-Am (teams of 1 Pro + 3 amateurs) Tee times from tee 1 and 10, 8:30 to 10:20h.
- Thu 23rd Nov. First round with 75 players. Tee times from 10:00h to 12:00h – Tee 1 & 10.
- Fri 24th Nov. Second round of competition. Tee times from 10:00h to 12:00h – Tee 1 & 10.
- Sat 25th Nov. Third day. Tee times from 10:00h to 12:00h – Tee 1 & 10. The day will conclude around 5:00 PM approximately.
- Sun 26th Nov. Final Day. Tee times from 9:00h to 11:00h – Tee 1 & 10.
- Sun 26th Nov. 4:00 PM: Awards Ceremony at the 18th green.
- Mon 27th 10:00 AM: Sponsorship and volunteers tournament. (Course closed)

2. Will there be any restrictions on club access during the tournament?
Yes, there will be restrictions in certain areas of the club to ensure the proper development of the tournament, especially in the clubhouse.

3. Is it necessary to purchase tickets to attend as a spectator?
Members can access the course for free with their membership card, identifying themselves with it, either at the main entrance of the club or at the access of hole #2. Members guest will be able to buy their tickets here https://openfemenino.com/en/ obtaining a 50% dto if they are Members of the Spanish federation.
To access the clubhouse, they will need to purchase a €50 fee, per day, that includes unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks, and water. In addition, you will have access to a buffet lunch identical to the one offered to VIP guests, with the menu changing daily to provide a variety of options. Additionally, paying members are granted access to the Terrace above the Chiringuito.
4. Will there be parking available for members during the tournament?
- The club’s parking lot will be used for players, staff, organization, and press. The official tournament parking has been established at the Finca de la Caridad in San Pedro de Alcántara (How to go there), from where a free bus service will bring you to the event. Additionally, there will be a regular bus service in Nueva Andalucía picking up members living in the Golf Valley area (La Quinta, Aloha, and Las Brisas). The established stops for this service are: Plaza Maestranza, Rotonda de Conjunto San Javier, Aloha Golf, and Lago de las Tortugas (Calle Auriga).
- Starting from November 17th, the club will proceed to remove all vehicles that are parked overnight and dont have specific authorization.
- Taxis and VTC (Uber) vehicules will be autorized to drop and collect Members to the main entrance.
5. What security measures will be implemented during the tournament?
Additional security measures will be implemented, including a higher number of security personnel and stricter access controls.
6. Is there any agreement with another golf course as an alternative?
We have an agreement with Aloha, where they will provide two tee times per day during the week of the event. If, after their members’ tee times are drawn, there are any available tee times, Aloha will make them available to our members.
- Player Accommodation.
The LET has reached an agreement with the Hard Rock Hotel in Nueva Andalucía to accommodate the players at a very reasonable price, so we understand that their need for accommodation has now been covered.
8. Do you play on another course and need to pick up your golf equipment?
So that the staff controlling access to C/Londres are aware of your arrival and we can issue the corresponding access credentials, we suggest that you provide your departure date and time from the other course so that we know you will be coming to pick up your golf clubs.
9. Ladies lockers
All members who have a locker in the ladies’ dressing room, specifically in the first area of the changing room (around the vanity station), must vacate and personally safeguard their belongings, leaving their lockers empty for the Ladies European Tour Players. Please note that if by November 17th your belongings have not been removed, the club will proceed to vacate them, and will not be responsible for the loss of personal items. Once the tournament is over, the club will replace belongings in each locker. Lockers will not be accessible from Saturday, November 18th, until Monday, November 27th.
